Mercor is seeking native Indonesian speakers with strong STEM backgrounds to evaluate AI-generated translations of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics content.

In this role, you will assess translation quality across technical domains, ensuring both linguistic accuracy and correctness of complex subject matter. You will play a key role in improving how AI systems handle multilingual STEM content.
Key Responsibilities
- Review translated responses to STEM questions and evaluate translation quality
- Compare outputs and determine which translation is more accurate and effective
- Write reference (“golden”) responses when needed
- Provide clear, structured judgments on both technical and linguistic quality
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across evaluations

Work Details
- Fully remote and flexible
