Role Overview
Join as a Program Manager (Crisis Ops) and lead high-impact initiatives at the intersection of crisis management and AI model training.
In this role, you will apply your expertise in incident response and business continuity to design structured evaluation frameworks and guide AI systems in handling real-world crisis scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of crisis response rubrics for AI training
- Design structured tasks and datasets aligned with enterprise workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define operational procedures and escalation paths
- Evaluate and refine AI reasoning frameworks in crisis scenarios
- Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Analyze incident data to improve response protocols and AI evaluation criteria
- Promote best practices in crisis operations and business continuity planning
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in crisis management, incident response, BCP, or emergency operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to make decisions under uncertainty and plan multi-stage responses
- Experience designing or evaluating structured rubrics or frameworks
- Familiarity with organizational workflows (HR, security, communications)
- Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI model training, annotation, or evaluation
- Advanced degree or certification in emergency management or related field
- Experience developing training materials or operational guides
