Role Overview

Join as a Risk Intelligence Analyst and contribute to AI systems designed for global threat assessment and crisis response.

In this role, you will apply your expertise in risk intelligence and incident response to design evaluation frameworks and training datasets that improve AI-driven decision-making in high-stakes environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop structured reasoning rubrics for AI model evaluation
• Analyze datasets and scenarios to identify threats and assess operational impact
• Create expert-level tasks and benchmarks for AI training
• Collaborate with HR, security, and communications stakeholders
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI model performance
• Develop multi-stage crisis response scenarios for operational continuity
• Contribute to the refinement of AI training materials and standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in risk intelligence, crisis management, incident response, or business continuity planning
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to make decisions under uncertainty and plan multi-stage responses
• Familiarity with organizational workflows (HR, security, communications)
• Experience developing structured rubrics or assessment frameworks
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI training datasets or evaluation frameworks
• Background in global threat assessment
• Knowledge of enterprise risk and emergency management protocols
