Role Overview

Prolific is seeking Concierge professionals to contribute to training and evaluating advanced AI models.

In this role, you will assess AI-generated responses to real-world concierge scenarios, helping improve model reasoning, safety, and accuracy.

Successful candidates will join Prolific’s Domain Expert pool and receive paid opportunities to work on AI training tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses to concierge-related scenarios
• Evaluate outputs for accuracy, appropriateness, safety, and reasoning quality
• Compare multiple responses and select the best-performing answer
• Provide written justifications and structured feedback
• Create improved examples and corrections to guide AI learning

Ideal Qualifications

• Verified experience as a Concierge (professional or hospitality background)
• Recent experience evaluating decision-making in real-world scenarios
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to focus on tasks requiring up to one hour of uninterrupted work
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer

Work Details

• Fully remote and flexible
• Tasks typically require focused work sessions (up to 1 hour)
• Entry via short screening and skills assessment

Compensation

• Pay Range: $40–$75 per hour (task-based)
• Rates vary depending on task complexity and researcher requirements
